I like the new format, but was it necessary to drop my membership to do it? I tried to logon using the username and password I've used for two years, and you had no record of it. But you had the email address I used to sign up with. And there is no link or address to get to admin to report a problem. I've had to create a new logon. I haven't even looked for the pictures that were on the former format. What's the deal?

I agree I had to do a forgot password and reset. I also lost my photo's and now i am having probs uploading new ones that are .jpg and only 887k search kinda sucks. it shows i am the only person in Utah? really? isnt that monopolization?! lol anyway for the most part I like it.

Although the new site was extensively tested, we are having issues with some accounts not being able to log in, and not allowing you to reset your password.

The login page doesn't give any way to contact a system administrator if you are having login problems. The only options are to do a 'forgot username/password' links. I used those, and my username and password that I had used before were sent to me, but I still cannot log on with those and had to create a new account. I haven't been able to find the photos I previously loaded, either.

Whoever did your 'extensive testing' missed a bunch of us.

I had the same problem you had for the exception thatwhenever I had my username and password sent to me it worked!! Logging in that is. Apparently nobodys photos could be retrieved from the old site so everyone is having to re-upload photos.

Sorry for the inconvience these are just some of the bugs in dealing with a new site.

Ok.. twice I have had to reset my password. I had to reset it a couple of days ago, as it wouldnt accept the password stored in my Firefox. Then today I had to reset it again, as it gave me the incorrect password message.

Is this going to happen again and again?
