I came across this:

http://www.wolfkettler.co.uk/models/tfcd/tfcd.html

while searching the internet. It's a good writeup on TFCD.

Take a look.

That is a good write up... thanks for posting.

I always pass on working with models who 'demand' a CD of all images at the end of the shoot for all the reasons listed in the article you posted.

I always explain it like this:

If we shoot 100 pictures on each set (my norm) then we will get

5% Great Shots
15% Good Shots
30% Ok Shots
50% Crap

Since the model can only use 1 image from each set in their portfolio anyway, why would she want anything but the Great Shots? And besides, I do not want to waist my time editing crap.

This usually gets the point across. :D

So I promise to deliver at least 5 fully edited shots from every set that we shoot. If I have more then 5 that I like, then I give whatever I like. What I do not what to do is have images out there with my name on them that I do not consider to be good.

Nice article ..... seems to go along with what I beleive too. I like to show haw a good picture can become better with (sometimes) even some very minor adjustments. Post production is always a key thing to do.
